The road is not a static body that, once built, lasts forever; rather, it is an element in continuous evolution, not to be left to itself. SERREMAR ITALIA, thanks to the application of modern technologies, is able to provide a road intervention and maintenance project capable of meeting every specific need and to carry out the necessary interventions with careful planning.
COLD RECYCLING

The technology of in-situ cold recycling of road pavements is now a hallmark of SERREMAR ITALIA, which has successfully applied this methodology, possessing the largest and most sophisticated equipment such as Wirtgen WR 2500 – WR 2000, Wirtgen WM1000 mobile slurry mixers, etc.... The advantage of this method of maintenance and reconstruction lies primarily in the lower consumption of virgin material, less inconvenience to traffic, shorter construction site duration, and greater respect for the environment.
In cold recycling, the structure of the existing road pavement is milled. By adding binders, a new mix of construction materials is formed, which is directly laid by the stabilizer and serves as a bearing or foundation layer. With this method, 100% of both cohesive and non-cohesive layers are reused. As binders, lime and/or cement or foamed bitumen systems are used.
ASPHALT MILLING
SERREMAR ITALIA has self-loading milling machines, capable of milling the surface layer of the road pavement for about 02 – 30 cm and preparing the surface for new asphalting. In addition, the company has numerous vehicles for loading and transporting the resulting material, as well as road sweepers.
